PERFECT IN A MATTRESS OF POTATOES GRATIN

It is a very simple, easy and super nutritious recipe that is prepared in just a few minutes and is delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 kg of pomfret loins
- 1 kg of potatoes, peeled and cut into 5 mm slices
- ½ kg of tomatoes cut into thin slices
- 200 grams of cheese cut into fetas
- 200 grams of grated cheese
- Salt, olive oil, pepper, chopped parsley,
- 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 150 gr. of breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Coat a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs, cover with the fish fillets adding the sliced tomatoes.
- Add another layer of potatoes, sprinkle with garlic and parsley, ending with grated cheese.
- Take to medium oven.
- When the potatoes are tender, remove from the oven, cover with the sliced cheese and grated cheese and return to the oven to gratin.
